Gingerbread Pumpkin Vanilla Granola Cupcakes
Mix 4 tablespoons of Gingerbread syrup, 3 tablespoons water, 2 cups dark brown sugar, 2 cups rolled oats, 2 cups pumpkin flax, 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla in a saucepan. Stir on medium heat for 3 minutes and then pour into the paper cups and refrigerate for 1 hour.
